Can I try Pro for free?
Yes — on the monthly plan. Clipsy Pro Monthly ($11.99/mo) comes with a 3-day free trial that auto-charges when the trial ends. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings before the trial ends and you won't be charged. The yearly plan ($69.99/year) is charged immediately and doesn't include a trial.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. You can switch between monthly and annual billing or cancel at any time in your Apple ID settings.
What happens when I reach the Free plan limit?
The Free plan includes 5 post generations and 1 idea generation — these are lifetime limits, not monthly. Once you reach them, you'll see a prompt to upgrade to Pro. Your existing recordings and generated posts remain accessible; you just can't create new ones until you upgrade.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com within 14 days of purchase.
Will prices increase?
Current pricing is locked in for all existing subscribers. If we adjust pricing in the future, it will only apply to new subscribers.
